Pre-Approval

The next step in your home purchase process is pre-approval.
Working with a trusted lender is key to having a successful real estate transaction.
It is very important to work with someone whom you trust and who answers your questions thoroughly.
You may work with any lender you like.  If you are already preapproved for a mortgage and are content with your lender then I will happily work with them.  However, working with a lender that your real estate agent knows can add a layer of security when it comes to making sure you have a smooth and easy transaction.  If you’ve already chosen your lender I encourage you to get a second opinion, if for no other reason than to make sure you are getting the best loan possible for you.

These are my two favorite lenders.  Both of them have helped me personally and have taken great care of many of my clients over the years.  I encourage you to call one or both of them. They will be happy to talk to you at no charge and give you sound advice so that you can get your search off to a great start.
